I am Aditya Rajesh. My background is in commodities operations and middle office work at Macquarie, where I worked close to trade support workflows, reconciliation, reporting, process improvement, data cleanup, and automation.
That kind of work makes the value of good systems obvious. A lot of operational work is repetitive, rules-based, and data-heavy, but the details matter: exceptions, controls, ownership, timing, and failure modes determine whether a tool is actually useful.
I am currently focused on building data, statistics, and software projects around forecasting, markets, practical AI tools, and automation. I am especially interested in roles where analytical work connects directly to product, operations, or decision-making.
